Who is Tomi Kokko?

“Tomi Kokko works privately with a very small number of high-performing business owners and leaders during periods of burnout, identity collapse, or critical life and leadership transitions.

He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 20, building multiple companies and working with performance-driven individuals long before this work existed. Over the years, he has helped more than 25,000 clients in Finland through online programs, coaching, and embodied training, and has spoken to over 15,000 people while touring every major city in Finland on wellness, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Tomi’s background is not theoretical. He comes from elite performance culture — a judo black belt, former army sergeant, and high-level physical coach — and he has lived the consequences of pushing too hard for too long, surviving multiple burnouts that forced a complete internal recalibration.

Drawing from lived experience and deep expertise in Kriya Yoga, nervous system regulation, and inner reprogramming, Tomi helps clients stabilize their internal state, regain clarity, and rebuild a way of living and leading that can withstand real pressure — without collapse at home or within the body.
